How you should decorate the walls when you have a Tinkerbell bedroom, that can be tricky. You most certainly don’t want her bedroom looking like the one on the right, would you? I think the point is that even though you’re doing a themed bedroom in a Tinkerbell bedroom decor, as with any tastefully decorated room, clutter and busy, busy patterns, colors and styles really don’t cut it in my book.
The first place to start though would be paint. To me, when I think of a Tinkerbell themed decor the colors that come into my my mind are softer colored greens and blues, somewhat similar to these colors:
Now, this just happens to be my preference in colors. There’s may other people that like purples and violets, bright greens and other shades of blue. I particularly like the two middle colors though, maybe because they’re very clean and bright looking. Those paints are for kids bedrooms too, which is nice. From there I would consider adding a wall border along the top. The first one shown below is a pretty neat design and has had great reviews. It’s peel and stick which makes it easy to put up and its washable.
Last of all, I’d add a FEW, and I want to emphasize the word FEW, wall stickers. Nothing as wild or as gaudy as the one pictured above, but just a few randomly placed on the walls around the room. The nice thing about some of these is that they’re removable so if you place it wrong you can just peel it off and re-stick in another place. That’s a good thing for me.
